Warranty Policy

The Warranty starts from the date of sale to the End User. If the receipt document cannot be provided, the warranty period will be calculated according to the serial number of the ROV.

Note: Damages caused by human and external factors are not covered by the warranty. The results of the after-sales center test shall prevail.

Procoessing Times:

At iGeoBotics, we strive to process your order quickly and efficiently. Orders are typically processed within 0 to 1 business days. Please note that orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeline and Costs:

• Delivery is expected within 3 to 6 business days on average.
• Free shipping is available for orders over $200.
• For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
• We currently ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

We provide shipping on all items to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Whether you're located in Florida or California, we ensure prompt and efficient delivery on all orders

Where We Ship (and Where We Don’t):
At this time, we only deliver to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

This means we do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or protectorates, International addresses (outside the U.S.)

Additionally, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO.

Third-Party Freight Carrier Deliveries:

Select orders may be delivered via trusted third-party freight carriers. Should your shipment require freight service, you'll be contacted to arrange a curbside delivery. To avoid delays, please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout.

Order Accuracy & Pricing Corrections:

We do our best to keep all product and bundle pricing on our website accurate. However, in the event of a pricing mistake - whether due to technical issues or human error—we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund. This includes instances where an item or bundle is mistakenly listed at a much lower price than intended. If your order is impacted, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received, along with payment approval. Your credit card will not be charged until your item is shipped, unless the item is back-ordered and requires reserving for you.

As soon as your order is confirmed, we immediately begin processing it to ensure timely delivery!
