At iGeoBotics, we strive to process your order quickly and efficiently. Orders are typically processed within 0 to 1 business days. Please note that orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeline and Costs
- Total Estimated Delivery time (handling + transit time) is expected within 3 to 6 business days on average.
- Handling time is 0-1 business days.
- Transit time is 3-5 business days.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $200.
- For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies.
- Order Cut-off time is 6PM CST. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
- We currently ship exclusively within the United States mainland and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received, along with payment approval. Your credit card will not be charged until your item is shipped, unless the item is back-ordered and requires reserving for you.
As soon as your order is confirmed, we immediately begin processing it to ensure timely delivery!
Shipping Restrictions
We also don't ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Freight Carrier Deliveries
Many of our orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers, often using large 18-wheeler trucks. If your order requires freight delivery, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery. To ensure a smooth process, please provide an accurate phone number at checkout.
Order Shipment & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions. We will notify you if there are any delays in shipping your order.
Changing Address After Order Placement
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note the following:
- Address changes after processing may result in delays.
- Any additional fees imposed by freight carriers due to an address change will be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Items: If your package is lost or does not arrive, kindly contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
Damaged Items: At iGeoBotics, we only work with reputable delivery carriers however we are aware that accidents do happen and damage to deliveries may be incurred during shipping. Nonetheless, it is your responsibility to inspect all shipments upon delivery and to refuse delivery of damaged shipments. We will either arrange a refund or send a replacement item after due process. The case is the same for lost shipments. In cases where shipments shows slight signs of damage please make this clear on the signing note. We must be notified of damage within 1 business day in order to investigate.
