At iGeoBotics, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free, which is why we've designed an easy-to-understand returns and refund process.

  1. Return Time Frame
    We offer a 30-day returns policy for both defective and non-defective items, meaning you can return purchased items by mail within 30 days of purchase of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this period.

  2. Return Instructions

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Customer Service: Email support@igeobotics.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos of defective items/area (if applicable).

  3. Returns Shipping Costs

  • If your product is defective or incorrect, or caused by our fault, we’ll cover the shipping cost to return it.
  • If you’re returning the item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to handle the return shipping costs.
  1. Defective or Damaged Products
    If your product arrives damaged or isn’t functioning as it should, let us know within 30 days. We’ll arrange a return at no additional cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either issue a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

  2. Change of Mind Returns
    If you decide the product isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days. The item must be new, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product price, minus the shipping cost to ship back.

  3. Incorrect Item Returns
    If you receive an incorrect product, you can return it within 30 days. The item must be new, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a refund for the full product price.

  4. Exchange Policy

    We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a refund for the full product price. If an incorrect size or model was ordered, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the correct item.

  5. Refunds & Processing Time
    Once your return is processed and approved, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it might take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since you were notified of the refund and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@igeobotics.com.

  6. Returns Conditions: receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags, manuals, and original packaging included.

  7. Return Labels

    • Customers are responsible for return items costs, and ensuring the items arrive safely and securely. If your product is defective or incorrect, or caused by our fault, we’ll cover the shipping cost to return it.
    • Recommended Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. iGeoBotics is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  8. Restocking Fee
    For non-defective items, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. Defective items are exempt from the restocking fee.

  9. Order Cancellations

    • Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
    • Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
