Shipping Address:
Please provide a valid street address; we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Fees:
We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or expedited shipping.
Order Changes:
Once an order has been shipped, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for new, undamaged, and unmodified items purchased directly from iGeoBotics.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@igeobotics.com with your order number. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Credit card refunds typically take 3–5 business days; debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days, depending on bank processing times.
Warranty:

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 72 hours of placement by contacting us at sales@igeobotics.com. If the product has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
